Our family has been very happy with At Your Side home care. From the start, meeting with one of the owners to assess and understand our Mom's needs, we have been comfortable and confident. The very first Home Care Worker that came to meet Mom was and is a great fit. They have been working together for about 4 months. The two of them work well together which enables Mom to do things that she can not do on her own. It is wonderful that Mom has this particular team and this HC person. She appreciates the help she receives, feels more productive, supported and safe. Thank you.

All my experiences with "At your side" have been very satisfactory. They are extremely flexible with schedule changes, which is extremely helpful for me, since my Mother has various needs at different times of the month. I want to give a special shout out to Karen, who is the main line of communication when I call for any of my Mother's different needs. I always look forward to speaking with her. For the most part we are pleased with communication with the owner. He is responsive to needs as they occur. We have built a good relationship with him over a period of ten years. That is very important when you trust a service with the care of your loved one. We are grateful when he "goes the extra mile"!

At Your Side is there at anytime to assist me with my mother's needs. There is always someone staffing 24/7 so you don't have to wait to have an issue addressed. As I am out of state, they are available with a viable solution to any instance that arises and stand ready to help. I can't tell you what that kind of competence means to my peace of mind being so far away.

It has been very smooth. Mom loves Andrea, she is the type of woman that just goes with whatever is going on in your house. Mom got a little challenging when there was roofers pounding and banging and upsetting moms routine. But she kept her calm.

The service is convenient and reasonably priced. The caregivers are very observant and friendly.

Management is thoughtful and compassionate and really do care and take an interest in those under their care... it's not just about the money.
