Rhetta is a great resource and offers very compassionate and comprehensive communication and scheduling. I appreciate all her efforts to adapt to changes that arise due to the health of my dad and even my mom. Both of our regular caregivers are caring, flexible and always on time. I really appreciate Chad’s professionalism and high stands of care in running his business.

The staff is superb, from the owner Chad, Rhetta, and our caregiver Cheryl. They genuinely care about their clients and put the clients needs first. When my dad was hospitalized, I did not expect communication everyday to see how he was doing. Chad came out to see him. It meant a lot. I also can’t say enough about Cheryl. She takes such wonderful care of my dad. She is a hard worker who is kind, caring, and I have such peace knowing that she looks out for my dad (and mom) as if they were her parents.

Ease of getting started with them providing service. Regular caregiver who is attentive to my father’s need. The caregiver is very reliable and always early to start her shift. Good communication and follow up from management.
