They strive to give you what in need. Mark and in this business is extremely volatile, but somehow they've been able to cover my hours sufficiently. When things aren't right, they really push to make them right. I've been with comforcare for many years. Last year, I did leave them for about 2 months and then I came back. Since then, things have been much better sweet. I would recommend them because they do try metet their client's needs.
The owner and staff at ComforCare are very responsive to the needs of their clients. They return messages quickly, but usually are available by phone the first time. They are good at keeping in touch by email with schedules or schedule changes as necessary. I’m very glad to have them on board for my brother.
The office staff is was to work with and responsive. Good communication about schedules and any changes that need to happen. The First care giver we had was not consistent, late or not showing up. The current one is doing fine. Still getting to know her.
