I appreciate the skill level of their employees. I feel confident that anyone they send out to care give will be someone who is clean, intelligent, trustworthy, able to cook, clean and be reliable. The only place where I would appreciate improvement is with their availability of care on weekends or when my regular worker is unable to be present. I have Parkinson's and it is present with me 24/7. I live alone and need someone for a couple of hours each day. I've been piecing the weekends together so far and hope there will be someone from the agency who will appreciate weekend work.

Jay is awesome, thorough, and completely reliable and competent. If he says he is going to do something, including getting back to me, he does it. I trust Jay and appreciate how well we work together. He never drops the ball. This gives me a great deal of confidence in the company overall. Jay is the client-facing gatekeeper and if he were sloppy or let things slip through the cracks, it wouldn't matter how great the caregivers were.
Sam is a wonderful caregiver, who is competent, kind, and attentive to my dad's needs. He can hear her, which is fantastic because he often has a hard time hearing women's voices. Sam is attentive to details related to my dad's well-being and when she has concerns she makes sure I find out about them. We have a good system going where I write detailed emails for each appointment and send them to Jay. Jay gets them to Sam. Sam is flexible, helpful and professional and carries out all my requests. She has relieved me of many tasks, appointments, and errands. My dad is getting his needs met and I'm getting relief from constant caregiving. He only has praise for Sam, never any complaints. I'm grateful we have her.
Briana subbed once and my dad really appreciated all of her help and instruction related to the iPhone. He told me she used to teach 1st grade so her style of teaching him was extremely helpful. He described some interactions to me and I would agree. I have a masters degree in teaching so I recognized all the great skills Briana used with him.
Thank you for the high quality of care and coordination you provide for clients. I would give ComForCare a 10 and would recommend them to my friends.

I am so grateful for the team at comfor Care. Beginning from my caregiver who has been with me for a few years now. Hattie is always going above and beyond. She is compassionate and generous. Miners Cynthia is another reason why I would recommend comfor Care. Not only is she a generous and kind person,, but she is always trying to problem solve. When I need something she never hesitates to help. I feel I can count on her. I am also grateful for Marisa the administrator. I can tell that she cares for me and all her other patients. She also goes above and beyond her call of duty to help. I am truly grateful and my words can never express how grateful I am. Thank you Comfort Care team individually you are awesome but together as a team you are a force to be reckoned with. Thank you.

I have been very lucky with my care providers. They have been very caring, professional, helpful and respectful. The office team has been really great, always had great communication when there was any changes in scheduling, right away they would call and let me know. Always easy to talk to and understand my needs.
