On time amd efficient.
Holly has been fantastic. We a
Efficient, friendly.
I love that there is someone at my moms facility everyday and that I can easily communicate with them.
With ComForCare care givers my wife is well cared for freeing me to be involved in activities outside of the home. I am also feeling far less stress as to the care of my wife.
The caregiving industry is suffering from the ability to hire sufficient staff. It is difficult to recruit and keep trained caregivers. ComForCare has always responded to my inquiries and concerns. Communication with the decision maker is very important and there have been events that could have been better communicated but there is a learning curve for both new employees and the decision makers.
Cathy was wonderful and did an outstanding job. I look forward to her next visit. I wish I could call directly to the office in town.
Feel comfortable with their help. They are a part of my plan b so I am not the only caregiver for my husband especially within emergencies arise.
Our caregiver gives both my husband and myself very personal attention to our needs. She asks where she can help and checks in often with us to clarify we are getting care we need. She is careful with details of her care. And our accounting has been quick and kept current.
I have been impressed that each employee I had interacted with has been consistent in the focus of providing quality care for home caregivers as they take care of their family member. I appreciate each conversation with their staff because they listen to me and give me feedback to encourage and support me to provide care for my family member.
CFC does an excellent job. Scheduling is difficult at times which is an industry
wide challenge especially with clients such as my wife who requires special
care. "New" employees who will be caring for my wife are assigned hours of training on site
with one of her "regularly" assigned, experienced people. It's called "shadowing"
and works well in preparing already trained/experienced caregivers for a client with complex needs.
We are extremely happy with the care Robert is receiving. You made an amazing choice of caregiver the first time around. Robert is complex but his caregiver is not afraid of the challenge. She handles him like a pro. She stays calm when he is in need of calm. Robert needs to be observed at all times and she is up for the task. Zoey is to be commended for a job well done!
Have dealt with them for quite some time. They listen to my concerns, make changes to the schedule when necessary, and reply fairly quickly.
My sisters have been pleased of the actual concern for my father.
Caregivers take good care of me, and are always friendly.
I have been a client with ComForCare for more than 3 years. They truly care about you.
Tawni is very easy to talk to and she gets copies to me of the flow sheets in a timely fashion. Most of the caregivers seem to complete their assigned tasks. They simply need to NOT ASK Pat about doing things, they just need to do the things they are asked to do. Some of the flow sheets don't always match what has been requested in relation to no service at certain times so it means that there is extra time spent to get things straightened out.
My caregiver, Regina, is remarkable! She does everything I ask for and more. She is very thorough and detail oriented. I love her!
They are very easy to discuss concerns and schedule changes. The company is easy to get on the phone and are usually fairly prompt on returning the call.
The staff is very friendly and responsive to our requests. We will be having them do more for us soon and know they will do a good job. I bet the staff doesn't get paid good enough for this challenging work.
Caregivers are helpful and caring.
It is great that your staff is right in Stonybrook and very available. I do wish the staff would offer to do more around the apartment when they are there but know that the old folks probably say no anyway.
Care giver is efficient, very understanding, pleasant and capable. It is a joy having her.
