My caregiver is very good and takes great care of me.
My problem with ComForCare is that it doesn’t have a replacement when my caregiver is not well or on vacation. Initially when I really needed help, the Agency couldn’t. It’s been more than a year and it still hasn’t found a replacement.
The main reason to go with an Agency was to have a stress free life as depending on Private persons left me helpless. Shannon had said that she would have a replacement but that didn’t happen.
I’m still grateful to have my caregiver.

Luckily I have Patty, thus you & I really lucked out!
The reason we stayed away from Individuals was that, you Shannon had said that you would send a replacement in case the person you assign couldn't make it. Only on the last occasion were you able to find a Replacement; however, we decided not to have one as that person would have had to be trained by us for every little thing.I would welcome a trainee who could watch Patty and learn.
Other than that, I'm happy especially that you are prompt sending the Invoices timely.
