The care givers that have helped my family over the past few year have become "part of our family". They care kind, warm, and very knowledgeable. I do not have to worry about anything when they are there taking care of my parents. The agency has always helped my family out with various days and nights if extra help is needed.

ComForCare Mountainside has been a great source of support and care giving our our family. They try very hard to provide quality services. Communication has been very good. I wish they had a full time nurse. Otherwise we have been happy with the level of support they provide to keep my parents in their home.

My aide is extremely knowledgeable, caring, perceptive, efficient & capable in supporting my needs & care throughout the time she is with me! She also makes many recommendations on my nutritional requirements and is extremely proficient in actual meal preparation! In my opinion she definitely goes over & beyond as an aide & companion! The company provides me with effective communications, when needed, & the company nurse also communicates & visits me on-site according to their practices. I feel like the company, in general, really cares about my well being!

ComForCare Mountainside has provided excellent, personalized care to my father for 5.5 years. The staff truly cares about accommodating the needs of the client, communicating with family, supporting the caregiver to make this all work smoothly. The nurse assigned to my father's case is excellent and very experienced. She often suggests things to discuss with the physician that might improve medical management of the care plan. It is not easy in these challenging times following the pandemic, especially with a shortage of good, qualified caregivers. However, ComForCare has worked diligently to find us respite caregivers and transition to new caregivers when needed - which is rare, thankfully. I would highly recommend them for your caregiving needs whether hourly or full time, live-in such as ours.

ComForCare Mountainside has worked very hard to maintain and support a high level of In Home Care for my father for 5+ years now. This agency has taken extra steps to insure the safety and well being of my father. I feel as though the management, nurses, and caregivers treat my father as if he were their own family member. I am certain that the care provided is of a much higher quality, more personalized nature than one would receive in an assisted living/memory care facility.
