All in all it has been a good experience. As with everything there are disappointments when you have made your plans around a caregiver coming and understandably things happen and no one is able to come. That could happen anywhere. We have found the workers who we've met have been caring and I have felt comfortable leaving my loved one in their care. As long as we need their help we plan to continue using their services and are thankful for such a facility! Office personnel are very accommodating. Good job!

They listen when you have concerns and are on top of things. After going through different companies and 10 other CNA"s we finally have one that is great with my husband. So thankful for her.

We are pleased with Mother's care, but get frustrated sometimes when you don't have anyone to cover a shift. We understand, but it makes it hard.

Good to know I can leave my loved one in the care of one of your trained caregivers and know he is being taken care of and I can also leave the house feeling good and not be concerned about someone rummaging through our personal items. Thank you for the help you've given us!

Personalized attention and persistent service!

We now have a worker that we can depend on! It took a few weeks but I think we're there now. If you need to contact the main office, someone is always there to assist and answer questions. It's good to know that we have a well qualified individual we can trust and who is vaccinated to stay with our loved one! Thank you for this!

The caregivers truly care. They know their stuff and have a keen eye. They learn what their patients like and dislike. Love them. The caregivers care for their patients just like they are family.

WE are still pleased with the care Mother gets especially Monday - Friday. We are considering adding a caregiver for both Saturday and Sunday in hope that it will be easier to get someone. Also Mother needs are increasing for those days.

The caregivers genuinely care!

We are very pleased with the care Mother is receiving. The Saturday schedule is still a concern since we are never sure who will be there and if someone will be there. On one level we understand, but it is sometimes hard for Mother to deal with.

Great personnel - generally very good companionship for my parents.

Everyone that we have spoken with and/or personally dealt with are very courteous and pleasant. The care givers that I have had are caring and helpful and pleasant to be around. We are very happy with the services that have been provided.
