Comforcare has been a Godsent. They file insurance for us and send great aides to care for my mom. The only issue I have had is a breakdown on payments and charges.

ComForCare has been great to us! The staff, from the office to the care givers, are all so nice and friendly. They have always been responsive, even when we have needed a last minute schedule change. They are always willing to help with whatever we need. So glad to have them as part of my mom’s care team!

It took a few tries, but we finally found the right fit for us as far as CNA's. We are grateful for Sarah in scheduling doing a great job finding us our helpers, and for keeping up with the schedule and being flexible with our needs. Ryan even made sure our morning help came to us by giving a ride to her when her car acted up. That sort of dedication and commitment to the client is not admirable and very much appreciated.

Perhaps the most important service that I have received from comfor care is that they are always there. They may have ti switch care givers or the care giver may have to charne the time but some one is always here when I need help The care givers are professional and kind they get the job done and are willing ti do whatever I ask.
