Detailed explanation of services and quality of aides and nurses was given up front of agreement. When my nurses, aides, therapist, etc came they were very knowledgeable and professional. The daily aide worker for my 100 yr old mother was so friendly that mom thought of her more as a companion. Adjustments to my schedule were easily made with a phone call. This service has been just what we needed.

Very much a family-like feeling and style. Responsive to the individual client. I take my home health aide with me to my doctor visits because I wannt her to be familiar and part of my larger care network. I will have to depend on her if my health deteriorates. She loves it and the professionals love and respect her.
