Detailed explanation of services and quality of aides and nurses was given up front of agreement. When my nurses, aides, therapist, etc came they were very knowledgeable and professional. The daily aide worker for my 100 yr old mother was so friendly that mom thought of her more as a companion. Adjustments to my schedule were easily made with a phone call. This service has been just what we needed.
