My name is Myra , I am Mr. Last name removed’s daughter.. We have been through a lot of caregivers with your company. It was rough going at first. Then one day MS. Ursula Best was sent to us. I feel like we hit the lottery. Ms. Ursula is one of a kind , she is thoughtful., caring , compassionate, has the patience of a saint . At last we have someone that we trust 100 percent. If you have ever interacted with Ms. Ursula you know that she cares about people. I never have to worry about my dad when Ursula is there. We now consider her one of the family. PLEASE take the time to recognize your most valuable employees. I have experience some of your other workers and they cannot hold a candle to Ursula. As you know I have told you if I can’t have Ursula Best that I wouldn’t use you company. Isn’t is appropriate that her last name us Best !!! Hope this helps you when your hiring new employees.
