After gathering information from us -- You offered several choices for Personal Care Associates to visit my mother in my place when I cannot get there. My mother is in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, facility. The first person you sent to meet us, and my mother, was Brenda. My mother grew comfortable with her in short time, and invited her back to visit! You sent us the right person! I feel this is the result of listening to the request, and need, to make it the right fit versus just supplying a "warm body". Thank you!
