Comforcare has quality caregivers that are knowledgeable in patient care. The company provides training( if needed) for their caregivers. Also, there is excellent communication between me and the staff. I can call about any concern, and I get a real person- not an answering machine! I feel as if Comforcare really cares about my mom’s happiness and health.

The staff is well trained. They have all appeared at the home neatly and professionally attired.

ComForCare has been invaluable in caring for my 96 year old mom in her Assisted Living Facility. Due to her immobility, she would not have been able to stay in her beautiful facility without their help. Nursing homes being what they are, is not our first choice for her life now. So they have filled a need we didn't even know we would require at this point in her life. Thank you caregivers for giving her some semblance of a normal home atmosphere.

Competent & professional

ComforCare is always there when I feel the most stressed, even after several years of help. My mom had COVID in Assisted Living, after having been fully boosted. The CC staff were able to find caregivers to stay with her after her positive test. So relieved she had someone with her at this critical time.

Management is awesome. 50% of the aides are awesome (high percentage for this field) Although scheduling is a very difficult, time consuming and tedious, this is the biggest concern of the company. Unfortunately everyone is affected by this. Hope they can get it fixed.
With all this being said, I definitely would recommend ComFOrCare. Why? Because they care! And at the end of the day that is what we’re after. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
