Comforcare companions are doing so much more than “babysitting” my 90-yr old post-stroke Mom. Alice is providing individualized care and exercise instructions. Companions are engaging Mom with exercises, being respectful of her need to rest, challenging her with short outings and providing a great level of care. We are just a couple of weeks in, but I would highly recommend Comforcare.

Just having someone to do the reaching, carrying, washing, cleaning, cooking, etc when I was exhausted, in pain, etc. was a relief because I didn't have anyone close enough to help me. I was able to go home to my empty house where I am more comfortable and eat a healthier diet than at the managed care facility. The managed care facility was only necessary for the first part of my recuperation for administering medications and caring for me when I was in exteme pain ... very ill ... after surgery... 24 hours a day ...

The caregivers have all been great people and obviously trained and experienced. Stan and Alice are very responsive and cooperative, even with schedules often changing. Everyone seems to really care about the loved ones and are helpful with family too during such a difficult season of life. We are very happy with ComForCare.

It's good in every way!

Both Stan and Alice manage their business with compassion and honesty. They understood the needs of my parent and kept me in the loop on the caregiver visits. Covid restrictions were in place for awhile, so when they were lifted, their staff person could run errands which was very helpful.

Very happy!! Stan and Alice are very nice, professional and caring and go above and beyond to help our parents in many ways. My brother and I live far away and covid has made travel difficult, so we have been very grateful for the level of care provided, and the little touches like being sent pictures of our folks by comforcare. We always get updates about concerns and issues, they are really hands on and the caregivers they employ are good and designed to meet my parents needs.

We are able to rely on Comforcare to support my father who is a veteran. Comforcare was recommended to us through the VA and as a first source of support for elderly parents who were a bit reluctant to have in-home care, Stan Chow and Alice Ng have always provided thoughtful and professional guidance and support.
