The care providers are always very professional and caring when they support my mother's needs. Communication from the office when there is an issue or time conflict is sometimes troubling, however. For example, I set up weekly showers, but there was confusion about who was going to be scheduled and no one showed up. Now that seems to be working better. Also, occasionally, no one shows up to walk the dog and there is no communication from the office in advance about why. Overall, I am very happy with the care provided to my mother.

Your staff is fantastic, their tasks are so great but they all dig in and do what needs to be done with ease and assurance to the client. As a Retired R.N.who worked in home care I am fussy and notice a lot of things regular folks may not notice, I must say your staff pass my expectations.
