C3 class with Edna barr

The studio is always clean, staff is welcoming, and it offers a nice variety of classes. My favorite is Fantasy Friday with Edna! It's good to flow, but so great that CorePower offers advanced classes where we can truly practice.

Edna's Fantasy Friday is always exciting. Emma's CSX is great. Amit's Sunday class is good.

I like Edna Barr's class the most. Even the studio is old and small compare with other core power studio, but the studio is kept very clean. No sticky floor and odor

I like the Palo Alto Studio. I would not recommend the Santa Clara studio.

Core Power Yoga was challenging and focused my my body and mind. I enjoyed the teaching style and flow. When I finished I felt reset, and ready to take on the rest of my day with a relaxed body and clear mindset.

I love CorePower. I’ve been a member on and off for about 12 years now due to geographical reasons. I love the community, the variety of classes, all of the studios and the instructors.

Unfortunately, there are no CorePower locations in Kona, Hawaii Island or Maui County, hence the reason I’m not a consistent member. Please open a studio in Kona!!!!! When I visit Oahu, I go for a class or two.

Love the teachers at Palo Alto core power studio. All are very personable, some of them able to remember my name from my first class with them. Great cue and approachable after class so I can clarify some poses that are new to me.

Great location with a lot of variety in classes. The teachers have been energetic or calming depending on class and highly experienced. The location is always clean, smells good. I also love how they keep the classes warm to hot depending on class. Highly recommend for beginners and experienced yogis.

What a great class! Probably the most physically challenging class I've taken at CorePower Yoga. Very satisfying once finished.

On certain days, when I am in the mid-peninsula area, this is a great location for me - very convenient.

I really enjoyed the restorative session and the stretching that we did during the session. Great class at a good time. Instructor was also very knowledgable and very "warm" and engaging.

The variety of classes offered at the Palo Alto branch is unlike any other yoga studio in our area. From sound baths to meditation to foundations to strength, this studio has renewed my interest in yoga and its benefits. I have never been in better shape, after adding 3-4 classes to my heavy lifting program at the gym. I espeically appreciate that the higher-level classes allow time to practice without pressure for perfection. The instructors will correct form if you wish and make time to discuss questions after class. The manager knows many students by name and demonstrates an authentic interest in developing a sense of community. She listens to feedback, responds with professionalism. You can be as social or as recluse as you wish. Some days I feel bold, ready to try new poses. Other days I wonder if I'll have the energy to finish class. I keep coming back because whatever my body and mind may feel like when I enter, I always leave feeling better than before. I've tried other locations and look forward to trying more... but so far, there's something special about this branch and I'm grateful to Edna and her team for creating this space and community.

The studio is clean, the members are friendly, and the teachers are super knowledgeable, and tuned in to their students' needs. I also appreciate the alignment cues and assists. I live/work kind of far from the Palo Alto studio, but worth the drive to be able to take Edna and Caroline's classes!
