Clean gym, friendly service, loving the new equipment, lots of choices and times for classes. Fellow gym members are friendly and respectful. Great location!
I appreciate that the facility is well maintained, the equipment is continuously updated, and the staff is always accommodating. It's a great experience and environment to conduct one's individual workout routine.

Zumba classes
All group excercise activities are amazing, specially zumba and core clases, thank you!

All of the classes are geared to maximize abilities with modifications provided. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging.
Staff are kind courteous and knowledgeable!
