The classes like Hitt or Core. The instructors are great. The folks in the classes are also nice. Defend is also a great class. The instructors encourage you and push you.
Everyone is so sweet and accommodating! its always clean and any issues I've had they get fixed quickly.

The instructors are great teachers. They show you how to modify a move if you're having complications (for Seniors.) They explained the benefits of the exercises. I love the bonding of the Senior women after a great workout. Through prayer and coffee as we get to know one another.

Haven’t tried any classes yet but the staff is friendly and helpful! Machines, floors and bathrooms are always very clean. The pool is nice too.
Love the Zumba class than Tanzy leads.

My kids always have a great time at these events- they love the crafts, the fun snacks and just playing in a new enviorment.

I really like that it is family friendly and something for everyone to do. I like the group fitness options a lot as well.
My 5 year old played soccer this summer. I like how it was more focus on kids having fun then competition. Great for kids who just started playing sports.

The gym is clean, the childcare services are wonderful, and my son very much enjoys coming, the programs like soccer are fantastic, my family enjoys everything
Denai is a great teacher
The team has been wonderful to work with. The life guards are very aware and constantly on the lookout. Been very impressed watching them and feel comfortable knowing they are there to help. Saw them run a drill and they did wonderful. The instructors have done great and Cam has been great to work with as well.
That children have fun and learn at the same time.
The instructor works with kids with patience and kindness. The class is easy and very fun for little ones
This gymnastics coach was PHENOMENAL!! I would love for her to continue it!
