What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I enjoy that many age groups can participate. Equipment/machines are all in good order. The employees are very professional and friendly. The group that I work out with are very kind.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I enjoy attending the Step Aerobics Class, Cardio Toning Class, Zumba Class. The women that teach these classes are wonderful.
I also like using the workout weight equipment.
