Great instructors and wonderful place to meet people with like interest.
EGYM and pool
Plenty of machines available and big workout room space that faces a nice park outside
I’ve been practicing yoga for 2 years somewhere else. It was good but this is a much better fir for me, and it’s $40 a month cheaper.
The instructor’s are very friendly and it’s a great place to make friends. We’re going to miss our current lifeguards when schools close for summer.
I love the big workout area and the cleanliness of the facility.
Beneficial to maintenance and building physical and mental health in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for a diverse population.
The workout equipment is amazing. I want to workout daily.
It is bright clean and there are lots of options for everyone. My only gripe is that since the Y360 was put into place the EGym ap no longer works. It is extremely frustrating because there is no way to track progress. Staff tells me this has been a problem since 360 was put into place. Please fix it!!!
egym
Clean, safe facilities; newer/modern equipment; wide variety of activities.
Love the classes but I wish Pilates reformer wasn’t extra. It’s was too pricey to pay for a membership plus almost $20 per class. That would be $80 monthly if you went every week! Crazy!
I use the Egym. I also walk the perimeter of the weight & egym area.
It is very satisfactory for me. i have some proplems walking on uneven surfices such as sidewalks..
My son loved being there & not only keeping him busy but also teaching him to meditate.
Clean facilities and nice staff members
Plentiful and consistent!
I love the teacher of functional fitness and chair yoga. I like the pool. It’s good for physical therapy.
I love all the classes!!!!!!
All ages, all activity level!!
I’m new to the facility and have only engaged in cardio and resistance training so far.

The hours are better now.
Several different kinds of classes to choose from. Staff seems knowledgeable and friendly.
I heard from a lady at my son’s school in Tulsa that Owasso YMCA has the best swimming program in the Tulsa area (she said better than Miller Swim School). She said that the instructors are excellent and the facility is well kept and clean. I enrolled my son and have been totally impressed by the instructors and facilities! I didn’t know that I was supposed to re-enroll my son each month for swimming but Rose happily helped me when we showed up for swimming and were not on the roster. She got my son into a class so he could do his lesson and she brought me to her office to enroll. She was so kind and helpful and my son is learning so much! We have two other kids and they will all be doing swimming lessons at the Y in Owasso.
I love the classes. The teachers are top notch. The maintenance issues (out of toilet paper, bathrooms out of order, clocks that need a new battery, pool closed, etc.) are handled pretty quickly. The front desk workers cheerfully greet me when I come in and leave. They are wonderful to put in your class reservation for you if you forgot to do it. Kayla is the best!!
Lots of classes to fit different fitness and age levels. Great classes.
Have been using the Egym and exercise equipment at Y. They are convenient, accessible throughout the week, and workers are helpful with information. .
The weights
I love the extended hours. I like that it is family friendly. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I no longer participate in programs as my children are out of the house but they benefited greatly from the "team" and "explore" features of Y-sponsored sports.

Egym with Chris and any class with Ramona and Mickie.
