I just joined but like that staff is friendly and helpful. Trainer Sheryl is very knowledgeable and skilled. I like that there are a lot of options at the Y ... so whatever you're wanting to do, you can probably find it there. I like that the Owasso location is nearby.

We love the volleyball!!
I enjoy working out on the machines in the back gym. I am looking forward to adding lap swimming to my weekly routine.
Your programs are flexible and great for players learning and wanting to compete in a less competitive league. We have enjoyed the volleyball program and basketball programs so far. Soccer was last year and not as organized, but still fun for the kids.
First off, our coach is amazing! He is pouring into these girls so much!
Also, we like that the games are all at the same location, so we aren’t driving way out South or trying to remember where the next game is.

Egym and Yoga is perfect!
Would like to have an afternoon (like 2 or 3pm) yoga - regular/strengthening, pilates, or Tai chi. Otherwise all is good.

Very clean and the e gym is amazingly set up for beginners, like me, at 68 yrs old.
Ramona’s chair yoga classes are a great work out and she is always explaining and reexplaining for those of us that haven’t done this before and excellent at making adjustments for injuries. I told Ramona the other day this chair yoga is helping me more than my chiropractor.
The staff are very friendly, in particular Erin and McKinsey. The e-gym is great and the treadmills work well for us.
I really love the variety of classes
The wonderful people who care for the littles while we have the coveted opportunity to care for ourselves is just unparalleled. The Play and Learn team is just the best, and I feel so blessed to be able to walk away every morning with the feeling that my child is so loved and cared for. I could not be more thankful for this team.
We love the cleanliness of the facility and how friendly the staff is. The extended hours make it very convenient when our day gets busy, so we can still make it in.
It provides a great community for me and my child that we may not have had otherwise. People who want to connect to others in supportive positive ways join and participate in the Y. I luv it!

The practices and games are about teaching the kids how to play. Everyone gets the same amount of playing time. Excellent coaches who seem to love the kids and love teaching them new things.

E-Machines
This is our second season and it seems each season things improve. Even though it seems a little hard to get volunteers. The teams and volunteers have been amazing. The additonal seating and the time in between games have been an improvement as well.
There is usually something available for everyone.
