My son and I look forward to going to the Y! It’s always a warm, welcoming place for us. He is 3 and absolutely loves the kids area. The teachers are amazing and so sweet with him. He is happy while I get an amazing work out! We would highly recommend the Y Northpark to anyone!
I like that they offer pickleball training
Not into any programs, but staff recognizes me and is friendly. I enjoy having a safe place to excercise, and the appropriate equipment to work all muscles.

The workout classes. Toni is a great instructor and I do miss Karen.

the water class on Saturday at 8:30am. but i miss the dance class we had that was called BOOM. It kept me moving. why did it go away?
I never done group exercises before and was very pleased at how organized it was and how nice the people are.
