I'm sure all cleaners, whether they're free-lance or employed by a group, want to do a good job. What I particularly appreciate from Merry Maids is that the employees are all good-natured, and this is important to me because I am at home while the Merry Maids are working. We chat some, and I inquire about their families, and it's a pleasure that the same team comes to my house.

Kari and Ana did a fantastic job! The house sparkles. I don’t know what the products were, but the furniture glowed, the floors gleamed. The picture frames were all cleaned, and the kitchen looked outstanding.

I asked them to leave my husband’s desk and shelves alone and they DID! I’ve asked cleaners for years to not touch his stuff and these are the first ones who actually listened.

We only had one issue...they used something on an antique glass - fronted cabinet in the basement that left a film almost impossible to remove. I will have to make sure that next time they don’t touch it.

I am 99.99% happy - thrilled - with Ana and Kari. They were on time, very thorough, did a great job in a timely manner. The only issue was the antique glass that I didn’t think to mention separately. I will definitely have them back.

You are bonded and insured. You bring all products and vacuum to site. You keep to your schedule of cleaning days.
