Our property was an estate home sale. Edina Realty Title worked efficiently with our estate attorney to collect and prepare all the required probate court documents prior to a quick closing date. Closing completed without any glitches and that was much appreciated.

It's a little confusing when our clients' closers are not allowed to travel to other locations and the hand-off is muffed by the receiving office, which initially had not scheduled it. Otherwise everything was fine and the closing itself was uneventful.
