This was a difficult house to close and Sarah went above and beyond like she always does. She is so quick to respond and always there to help solve problems (even on her time off). I wouldn't use anyone else to close with!

We never had to wait for our emails to be answered, and there were several, because the closing was done without us. I also appreciated getting a notice when someone was not going to be in the office. Edina Realty has a top notch team that works for their clients.

The closing itself went very well. She was on time, had everything well organized and was pleasant and helpful throughout. The glitch in the process was when I was informed later that day that there was a problem with the wire transfer. I Spent several hours working with my attorney/CPA and it was stressful because it all happened at the Very last minute. I had to complete a new form and have it notarized ( this went very well) at the same time the closing was happening at another location. Thankfully, It worked out! Overall, I was very satisfied with both the selling and closing process. I would not hesitate to recommend Edina Realty.
