Sarah was very patient and always provided good communication on progress of the closing and handled new issues with the transaction with grace and professionalism. This was a very long road to get this one transaction closed, we worked on this deal for about 2 years and went through a re-plat and a change of legal description as part of this transaction. But I could always count on her and the ERT team to bring a solution based approach to the challenges and a constant goal of getting the transaction closed.
