Very simple, quick, & professional. They have adjusted for covid in a manner that didn’t seem awkward. We were given pens in plastic wrappers & there was a glass stand to keep distance between my husband & I with the employee. Hand sanitizer was easily available for people too. We were asked before we left if we had any other questions & given a red plastic folder for paper work which will for sure be handy & last a long time. We enjoyed working with the Edina team.
