Everything was explained clearly, and the option to sign a portion of the documents online and review them ahead of time was very nice. All of the Edina Realty staff were super helpful and I felt like they were very willing to work with me to help me understand everything and make sure I was making the right decisions.

The paperwork of the closing process was very seamless. We had several hiccups in checking all the boxes to get things ready for closing. It would be very nice to have a check list of all things that need to be complete with the home before closing.
