We were in constant contact with our agents, and they were very patient with the complications of our situation (one of the parties located outside the US). Finally, we really appreciated that Kellan McDonald was willing to meet with us very early on a Saturday morning to make our closing happen on time!

We were able to meet a week or more before the buyer's closing, because both brothers happened to be in town then, so made it more convenient for all. Lots of papers to sign! but your staff was very efficient in all ways to get everything done and done well.
