The closing was a "virtual" closing. We were in Boston so we did not have the opportunity to meet with our Realtor or the Closing Agent after we submitted the purchase and sale agreement. Our representatives at Edina Realty were patient, clear, and went out of their way to be sure that all the documents and procedures that were required were completed. This at times required reminders, technical support, and resubmission of the forms to us so we could complete the tasks. As it is a legal process, procedures were crucial. If we did not complete a task correctly, they told us so in a professional manner what needed to be corrected.
Further, since we were not available to do a walk through after the closing, the Realtor took it on herself to inspect the property as our proxiy. She maintained contact with us, making sure that we had no questions. In one case she was able to correct a misimpression that one of the buyers had about a minor issue. That issue was resolved satisfactorily.
We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism, the support, and the willingness to go above and beyond our expectations. It made our experience with a complicated process satisfying, from more that 1000 miles away.

Amber was a delight to work for--from helping us fill out and sign documents to keeping us posted on developments. When we had difficulty using a remote signing service, she helped get us through the process, as well as helped us with the notary to make sure we had done all we needed to do.
With the ability to e sign the process was pretty effortless. Plus agent Andrew Lott fully explained what was happening and kept me fully informed during the whole process.
