Our closing was a very smooth and fast process. We were able to view our closing documents in advance and make sure everything was correct and ready to be signed. All items were explained in detail and questions were answered. Highly recommend!

The whole process was very efficient. Amber was responsive to my emails prior to the closing date, helpful in working with our financial advisor to arrange for the wire transfer, and at the actual closing she was friendly and well prepared.

We also really liked the post-Covid process of having the buyers and sellers do the closing separately. Much more efficient and avoids any awkwardness.
