Diane knows her stuff! She explained the purpose of each form in understandable language. I'm sure she was smiling behind her Covid mask! Everyone in the office was polite and friendly and mindful of Social Distancing.

It was not our first closing with Edina Realty Title. We expected excellent service, and that's what we experienced.

Jenni was concise, organized, polite, welcoming and very calming when a hiccup in “possession” needed some arranging between the seller (my client) and the buyer (a coop agent). The Coop Agent became very unreasonable and combative. I was called (from my separate office) to make a phone call to negotiate a compromise. Jenni moved on in the documents, was patient and extremely professional! I’m so grateful to have such an incredible team of hard working, smart and charismatic people to assist me in my business! Thank you all so much!
