I like CPY...it's the only yoga that I do. But it's been 15 months since I've taken an indoor class. I'm rusty...and stiff. I decided to try a class during lunch on Monday in DTLA. The teacher was Ally. She did a really good yoga session. It was a great tempo with a lot of poses and movement. It was challenging, but not TOO challenging for the level of class. I got on my mat when I had to, and got a great session in...and felt totally comfortable. I'll be back to the class.

So thankful we can practice in person again! Grateful to have had On Demand over the past year, thank you for providing that platform, although it wasn't exactly the same as being in the studio, the energy helped me breathe through the rough days and feel empowered on the good days.

Dynamic, challenging class. Friendly staff. Was a little surprised that it is a heated yoga experience, but enjoyed the workout.
The instructor was an angel and it was such a great experience. I go to DTLA on occasion because I work in downtown LA, but live in the Marina and it allows me the flexibility to get yoga in despite my time-constrained workdays. I know more than just myself, uses the DTLA studio for a morning or late evening transition to or from the office in DTLA and if I could recommend one thing, it would be to extend the parking validation to 2 hours. I feel like I hardly had time to do my class in the morning and then shower and get dressed for work after. I ran out to my car to make it under the 90-minute validation limit and ended up 5 minutes over and it charged me $8 for that which is insane and completely ruins my yoga experience and meditative/positive energies taken from class and going into my workday. It's an unrealistic time frame for those of us who commute and use that studio and it has me concerned from now on about my abilities to be able to use that as a before work routine, unfortunately.
