My class with Nancy T. is amazing! I am motivated to attend class because her regimen for Silver Fit exercising is perfect and she is such a wonderful instructor! She makes it fun and productive at the same time! Love this class!
I know there are so many options here at the Y for classes and/or workout time with machines! There is an opportunity here for anyone looking to incorporate a fitness routine into life for better health!
