The E-Gym system. The amount of equipment and the cleanliness of the facility.
There's plenty of machines, pools and rooms,, and a large variety of equipment. There are sufficient numbers of stations to accomodate everyone. The staff is knowelgeable, helpful and friendly. Everything is clean and well arranged.
The friendliness of the staffs, cleanness of the facility, one automatically feel like apart of the community while there as a member. There are so many option for any and everyone. I love it there!

Would love the lap pool to be heated
I would like it if there were more group classes during the day. With kids at home my wife and I can’t really come early in the morning or late when we’re helping with homework or dinner. We would like to take advantage of some of the class classes, but wish that you had more during the school day between 10 and 4 PM.

Pleasant staff who are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The locker rooms and sauna were impeccably clean.

My grandson participated in a swimming class at the YMCA. Everything was phenomenal.
The swimming instructor spent time with him modeling procedures and making corrections as necessary. He will continue his instruction as long as she is the instructor. Many thanks.
We love the kids club and the gym. We also enjoy the kids swim lessons and sports. The staff is always friendly. The cafe could use some improvement - it’s very loud with the foosball table there. It would be much better as a quieter space to sit and relax or do some work.
All Staff are very kind always. The programs are great and the place is always very clean.
