The programs for the entire community are wonderful. The wellness center is totally new and the equipment is the best. Of course, the staff is also excellent. Everyone is client oriented and whatever help or advice you need or want, they will listen and be as supportive and helpful as possible. On a 1-10 scale, this YMCA is an 11 in every way possible. It has been a great experience for myself and my family.
As I've said before in responding to this survey, the Boca Raton YMCA is a comfortable and welcoming place to pursue all of one's personal health and fitness objectives. All staff, from the front desk to the personal trainers and coaches, are totally professional and considerate of members' individual circumstances. My wife and I believe the Y to be an indispensable part of our Florida existence.

Swimming instruction - Jasmine is excellent in every way. Leesa, (manager) was very helpful in taking care of us and ensuring a smooth transition to a new instructor.
Comfortable, low-key environment . Friendly, helpful staff. Wide variety of workout equipment. Clean locker room area. Several aquatic options. Reasonable membership fee.

The fitness instructors are talented and caring.
The employees at the Y are extremely friendly. My boys play basketball and I really appreciate how the employees work with the kids and the referees explain their calls to the younger kids.

Its a good kid friendly place. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Cleanness has to improve and the kids pool has got to come with so restrictions and better maintenance!
