Early morning staff are friendly and the great majority actually interact with members. Facilities are kept clean. Men's sauna and steam room are kept in good working condition.

I like the ymca because of the community feel and everyone is always friendly there. It doesn't feel like just a regular gym and it's family based . It does a lot of community activities.

As I suggested in earlier surveys, you should reduce membership fees by $5 or $10 every 10 years as a way to encourage loyalty and reward long time members for their faithfulness when there are other cheaper options. Thank you.
It is one big family. They say it takes a village to raise your children and the y is part of that village. We have been going to the YMCA since our children of babies. We did swim lessons, karate, all kinds of sports and have met so many wonderful people and made so many friends. They love my children and have watched them grow and mature just like we have. The classes and gym are also great fun. Rachael

Beside being able to exercise there, I appreciate the other programs that are offered. I have used the the weekly blood pressure testing that is offered every Friday at the Boynton branch. It helped me realize that I needed to contact my doctor to adjust my medication. Thanks to Steve, the Y and Bethesda hospital.
The community service and all the programs they have.
All the necessary equipment for a full workout. The steam room and sauna in the locker room. The Olympic sized pool. The maintenance crew does a good job keeping the facility clean. May I suggest that someone, in the morning, check the locker rooms, the treadmill area, and the weight area for the proper volume of the music. It's either too low, too loud, or turned off.
