I am glad and very greatful to be part of this beautiful team, very supportive and really understanding in every situation I am always glad and thankful for all the support and love from this hold team.
They are a little flexible and they also have meetings and ask questions about the actual clients do check ins with the lead caregivers as well as caregivers. I just would like for them to make sure they have enough staff when things happen so it doesn’t put the lead caregivers in binds. They have lead caregivers but sometimes they’re not very accommodating when emergencies happen.
Their hiring is quickly and they place you with a client right away communication is good through texting and email
Management is attentive to employees needs, and supportive. Match up with the best caregiver for patient and visa versa.

What do I like about working for ComForCare Home Care? I like the fact you get to choose your own work schedule which allow flexibility, rather for family time, me time etc. it's a " win-win ". I like that Christina one of the owners is rather complimentary which is a "win-win ". Why? Because many employers through my experience does not give of themselves, that personal relationship of acknowledging their employees which gives one a sense of self worth. It does matter for one to know you are appreciated in the work force, agreed saying "you catch more flies with honey 🍯 than with vinegar ". I feel the company try to select suitable personalities for the right fit of the personality of their clients, for the well being of the population of clients with dementia, down syndrome etc. which is a " win- win " for both their clients and their caregivers. I would strongly recommend others to be employed with this company ComForCare Home Care 😊.
