The ease of reporting hours and receiving and sending messages
My dad is from Maryland. There are some areas in Maryland where our T-Mobile cellular phone doe not have any reception. Our phones are unable to receive incoming calls nor can we make outgoing calls. Additionally, we are unable to text messages or send text messages from certain locations. Prior to leaving the City of Philadelphia I let the agency know where we will be traveling to and lack of phone reception in certain areas .The agency is receptive and understanding of the information given. Due to being in areas where there is no T-Mobile reception I am unable to clock in and out which I make clear to the agency and have never received any unnecessary grief about the matter. This is very important to me because I frequently drive my 92 year old dad back and forth to Maryland.to visit with family and don't need or want the stress of my inability to clock in and out for work. There are many times that my dd and I are out to dinner , attending an affair or attending a evening church service. Given that we may not reach home by the designated clock out time I write in the narrative as to why I'm clocking out from outside of our home location. Again, I have never received any undue grief or hassle about being away from home. My dad is someone who likes to stay on the go and I'm appreciative of the agency's understanding that we aren' just sitting in the house everyday.
Everything
The office has always been available when needed a question answered. If they didn't have the answer they find out and get back to you. That's important as a employee.
Their good people and it's nice to be able to work out of your home.
