The owner, Mike Barron, cares about the staff working for him which is hard to find in this day and age. To him you are not a number but a valuable associate to help him reach his goal of helping elderly people in need. He cares about your health and safety. There is an RN on staff who does the yearly training and makes sure that the staff have are well informed with health information that would be pertinent to elder care. This is a really well run business and it is a good place to work for!

I've been an RN since 1978 and never have I had such a stong sense of worth in what I do or for the team to which I belong a ComForCare. The owners, office staff an RN collegues are a tight team. The care givers are treated with the respect one gives a family member and our patient and their loved one's needs are our priorities. I can't imagine working anywhere eles but for the McLean, VA ComForCare office.

The caregivers I've met in my 2 weeks so far have all been exactly what a caregiver should be. The office staff and the nurse are the most kind and professional individuals I've met in my 6 years of working in this field with different companies. This company has the compassion, morals and patience of saints. I felt welcomed since day one and the communication is 10000/10. If I ever have a problem in something I know I can trust them to help me and make the problem seem at least half it's size. This company is the definition of what a team really is about and working for them would mean finding joy in your work where burnout could make you feel like you couldnt take it. I have worked for at least 7 companies in the last 6 years trying to find the best support and best team possible and ComForCare is by far the only company that has exceeded my expectations. You will be appreciated here and any fear you have would subside tremendously. ComForCare deserves all the recognition they could get!!!
