I love that they care about me as a human. I'm not just another number in the system. They are always willing to work with me on my schedule and never make me feel bad if I need to call out or change my schedule. I have kids and sometimes I have to put them first.

My boss, Macenzie, is absolutely AMAZING. She works with us, shows us we matter & she cares deeply for her clients & caregivers. I don't feel like this is a job.
