Superior has improved a great deal in the past 12 months . Prior to that we ran out of propane a couple of times and could not talk to a human only a machine. Now we have a monitor on the tank and have humans to talk to !!!!! No company earns a 10 rating otherwise you have too many employees !!

I like that we can check how much gas we have online. you also responded to us when we had the problem with an smell from our vent less heater and adjusted the pressure to help eliminate it.

Being retired, last years pricing helped us immensely. Hopefully we can get locked in next year at a price that's reasonable. We know energy prices have risen rapidly in the last couple of weeks. We had an issue with an overfilled propane tank. The staff was swift to come out and fix the situation with a new tank. And we were given a credit for our inconvenience. Superior customer service from Superior l!!
