We ran out of propane on a Tuesday night and we got a delivery on Wednesday. We didn't have heat or hot water and that was very important because my son, his wife and our 18 month old granddaugter moved into our finished basement and they truly needed the heat and hot water. Every time I call, I always talk to someone pleasant and I truly appreciate that. It's not that common anymore.
