LoDo CorePower is my haven in the city. The beautiful, clean, open studio is the perfect setting for centering my body and mind. I love that the classes have a familiar rhythm with new twists and challenges to keep me on my toes.

Great C2 class. Sometimes the flow is too fast for me, but this C2 had a great pace.

Teacher was great.

C2 class has a strong and creative flow to it. Julie (or Julia?) was an awesome teacher w great music and did a nice job adjusting throughout class. Would have liked to see her cue more breathe to movement in class but was still good. Locker rooms were clean although the shower curtain made the actual shower very dark - consider replacing with glass doors as many CPY have but not critical (prob would help with cleaning too). Great merchandise at the studio. This CPY location was SO big and felt like the space could be used in a more efficient way to take advantage of all the empty space? I travel a lot with work and was in Denver so great to try this studio (I’m BT if this helps too). Great class and experience overall, cheers.
