I was very, very pleased with my recent session with Nancy. Having overdone it with yard work, Nancy knew exactly what to do for my aching hips, and low back. I felt immediate relief from the pain it has not returned since my massage with her 4 days ago.

Starting from when you walk through the door, the reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They immediately create a sense of calm and relaxation. I like the thoughtful touch of providing hair ties in the bathroom. Brooklyn is very punctual, and I never wait for more than a few minutes to be escorted back for my massage. She is always careful to listen to my expressed physical concerns/aches, and she is flexible about changing the massage routine to best fit my wants that day. She also adapts quickly to what she can sense about my body that day, and makes sure to check in on the appropriate pressure. Awesome massage therapist - I never want to go to anyone else!

The business is immaculate and very nicely decorated. It's a very relaxing and welcoming introduction. The treatment rooms are large and very nicely done. There are also options for enhancements for the treatment which I didn't try this time. My therapist James was very personable and through in terms of asking about my medical issues. He was even familiar with my autoimmune arthritis which gave me a good deal of comfort. I've had some massage therapists who decide to attack me with their elbows which can be way too painful. If you are looking for a wonderful massage experience in Bethesda, I'd go to Elements.
