Love Dogtopia and the people there. They are patient with Wilbur and seem very happy to see him when he arrives (and he loves going). It's super convenient for dropping off and picking up and LOVE that I can watch him on the webcam. I also love that they do fun stuff with the dogs. I like the consistency of the experience. We are very new and it seems like a smooth running machine. It would be good to have the CC info in the app so we had the ability to pay for half days vs. packages of full days etc.

Dogtopia is Enzo's home away from home. It is a safe, organized place where he can expend his crazy energy. Because Enzo can get himself into trouble when left unsupervised for longer periods at home, we have found Dogtopia to be a safe and fun alternative. We don't worry about him while he's there. He comes home tired and ready for a quiet evening, and always smells clean! We love the ability to check in on him during the day via web cam and we always get a verbal report when we pick him up. They do a great job of keeping pet parents informed. The entire staff is hard working and very friendly. They always seem truly excited to see Enzo and he's excited to see them. And we love the ease of scheduling via their App. Thank you Dogtopia for helping Enzo (and us) transition through his crazy puppyhood into a now more management two year old!

I liked the professionalism, the compassion and the honesty.

I love the welcoming environment and how obvious it is that all of the staff care about the dogs. I tried out a couple other daycares for my dog before finding Dogtopia. It’s further out of my commute (actually the opposite direction) but I’d still rather come here than any other daycare I have tried because I feel like my dog is safer, happier, and healthier here than any other one we tried.

The staff at Dogtopia is wonderful, and our dog, Jack, just loves it there! Being a younger dog, Jack gets very excited at Dogtopia, so I love that they monitor him to give him breaks to calm down. The facilities are clean, and the dogs are well cared for and loved. I also love the cameras to watch him play from time to time. As a person weary of dog parks, I love that we can take Jack here to get solid play time in with other dogs, under a very supervised and watchful care of the staff. We recommend Dogtopia for daycare and boarding!

They’re always extremely kind to our near-geriatric pup. And on this most recent stay we had an issue that needed to be addressed on a holiday and the staff there accommodated us graciously, though I’m sure it was very inconvenient for them. We appreciated it very much and hope we weren’t too much trouble.

The staff , is very attentive. Sarah, Robin and Paloma in particular. They work hard at do the best they can, for all the dogs.

The staff is amazing

I like that everyone is friendly and good with the dogs. The staff is on top of everything from what is going on from week to week and keeping us humans up to date with vaccines and other matters pertaining to our pups. I have yet to have a bad experience with any of the staff and I have a pretty skittish dog. They are very patient with her and I know she will get breaks when she needs them.
