Dogtopia has provided a safe place for our dog for both play and boarding. Our dog has medical issues which require specific feeding instructions and Dogtopia has done a great job at accommodating him!

My dog just loves to go there. She is a high energy dog and she gets to play with her friends. She comes home not as hyper and she gets along better with other dogs now.

Everyone is exceptional with the dogs. My 2 are 7 months old and know where they are going as soon as I ask them if they want to go to school. Drag me through the door as soon as we get out of the car and don't want to leave at the end of the day.

The employees are so nice and they love my pup! Mazie loves her time at Dogtopia to the point that she jumps into the front seat and onto my lap before I can even get my seatbelt off when we get there. She’s always tired out when she gets home too which is nice for me!

I’ve tried to call for same day reservation but morning crew is too busy to catch the phone.
I leave a message and call few more times- eventually take the risk and drive in only to find that you are full.
So then I have to drive all the way back home and then back to work.. what a waste of time.
On the drive home I get a returned phone call confirming you are full- little too late.
Other than that- no complaints
So friendly and my dog likes them. Ok, he likes everybody but he really feels happy about coming in and saying hello and playing with other dogs. Love the webcam and nap times make it possible for Teduardo to get through the day in a calm but fun way!
Feel my dog is safe and well treated. Only area needing improvement is the phone is not always answered promptly when I come to do a curbside drop off or pickup; I often have to wait 10+ minutes before the phone is answered...maybe there can be a way to text arrival when dropping off or picking up curbside or a separate number to call rather than the main number.

We love Dogtopia! All the dog teachers love Honey as their own and Honey gets so excited to go to “school”. She comes home tired and well behaved.
