Hi there, I think your staff are very good and kind and professional, but I would like to see more choice of bike accessories cheaper type such as lights they are on your web site but not in store . Also I have been cycling for forty years in Galway and all the bike shops are full of faults promises please don't do that are people will just buy online and you will close. Maybe you could open late one evening to give people a chance to shop . I wish you all the best of luck and get the word out that ye are there and open of business in the Lisbon.

During my 3 interactions with your staff I dealt with somebody different.....and all 3 X guys were just so good at what they do. They were all informed of what my query was so I didn't need to explain myself, they were more than accommodating and they have a really nice friendly way of dealing with people. Of course your premises is lovely so that always helps with the ambiance!
