Ben was extremely helpful in understanding the features of the bike we bought. Ben was patient and answered all the questions to the best of his abilities and knowledge. Ben was easy to talk with and didn’t make myself and my wife feel uncomfortable at all during the entire process. I would say that not everybody will have great experiences like this but our experience with BGI probably could not have been better in this buying process.
