No waiting, I did not prebook as I was there just as the store opened, but a great option for next time. Staff was friendly, offered a suggestion on my cut, which was a great idea. First time in a store, so great to catch up on some scores while getting a trim.

Had a great experience! I was there for 9am when they opened so was first. The ladies were very nice and I had a great cut. Wish I remembered her name... :( (Janet I think...). Very personable. I felt the massage's could have been longer, as I just remember my first experience with sports clips and it felt like forever. Ever since (different locations) it seems the time has been cut.

I have had issues with this location the last time I was in (the first time I went to this location), where the 'wait time' extended by 45min longer then it said it was... but I've never had that at any other, so I assume it was an one off issue.
