VIP is a nice extra touch. Massage to face, head & neck, hot towel, wash hair. I don't know who I had (which is to bad because it was a great cut). The Check in system is great. (not perfect though as it is based on an average cut time, if each person gets the VIP it throughs off the wait times).

We cannot book an appointment UNLESS you do it online
Some of us do not have access to booking on line and have to come in and WAIT on cue
