Your service representative Dyron does an exceptional job cleaning the carpet. He explains the process and how it works. Very patient, friendly and thorough.
I was pleased with the outcome of the cleaning job. Your tech, Dyron, was most knowledgeable and professional talking me through the process so that I knew what he was doing and what to expect. I felt the pricing was fair and would highly recommend OxiFresh.
Did.a great job removing most of the stains and ground in dirt on an outside carpet, but will require another treatment to get one stubborn spot clean. Great comunication before and during the cleaning and arrived exactly at the time scheduled.
What went right-
Making appointment on website was easy. Follow up call to your 800# to make change was easy and customer service was very friendly! Actually all staff including technician, and manager were very nice when I talked to them.
I was very happy with the cleaning results to my carpet, furniture and rug, Furniture especially,
I’ll be curious to see how long results last. I say this as there are only 2 people here, and not here all day so use of furniture, etc. is mild.
What could have gone better-
I was promised by manager (Kerry?) a free fragrance treatment. There was no pleasant scent to be found on items treated. It was 3 days after appointment that I arrived at apartment, perhaps it doesn’t last very long? That would be disappointing too if that’s the case.
I had to pursue having receipt/invoice sent to me, I was told it would be sent immediately after completion and my ccard being supplied. However, there was immediate response after I called, and staff was very apologetic.
Since sq feet of each room is asked for, I wish there was a way that smaller rooms could get treatment. In my case I have small kitchen and small bathroom tiled floors, they did not meet your sq foot requirement. I understand if separate equipment is needed and it may not be cost effective, but perhaps you can find way to factor in small kitchens and baths. I say this as I’m surrounded by units with these small kitchens and bathrooms, and maybe so throughout FL?
BUT OVERALL I will refer you to others. The immediate result was very noticeable. I often see Stanley Steamer in this development, especially at beginning and end of “snow bird” season as tenants turn over.

Originally googled — floor cleaning - terrazzo tile floors … Oxi fresh came up.. I clicked & called contact … spoke with Allie .. more than once I conferred / inquired Terrazo / tile cleaning for 1 bedroom condo … Allie quoted $121.00 & i again advised terraco tile floors living/dining area & 1 bedroom terrazo tile floors … confirmed appt 9/26 at 2pm .. Draydin arrived on time … immediately started walk through & inquired was this a promo ..I asked if he was familiar w/ terrazo / tile floor .. although he said he had to confer w/ corporate office … for quote since this was not carpet ?!?!?!!! He then said let’s clear the floors … moving lamps … chairs — console on top of couch & bed & into kitchen .. he then an advised he was going to his truck to call corporate …then corporate called to advise I was misquoted & what was the square footage … I reference the above mention & asked why Draydon was in truck & not in condo w/ me ? ?!?!? I advised corporate to cancel & send Draydon back up to help me resemble the furniture …. Corporate office asked if he was still there !!?!?! I advised yes I see his truck in parking lot .. then I called Draydon & he said he was waiting to hear from corporate how to proceed .. I said I cancelled &
- then said he was leaving .. had to resemble the furniture … unprofessional ..
The technician went above and beyond to make sure things were cleaned. Customer service is very friendly.
Less water and strong chemicals compared to other companies.
Top of the line service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My carpet was going to be ripped up and discarded. Decided to give Oxi Fresh a try. In comes Dyron who said he’s going to clean it like he was doing his own home. Dyron did a fantastic job! The carpet was not only saved but looked brand new. Thank you D, Highly recommend Oxi Fresh!
Easy online scheduling and tech showed up on time. Did a nice job and carpet was dry by the evening.

The smell of the “so called” organic products was so strong I had to wear a mask. I have allergies and I can still smell the product and my hallway is still wet two days after being put on the floor.
My Dining Room rug was not done because it is wool. This was my fourth carpet cleaning and no company has refused to clean that rug. Also, with the smell I stopped the cleaning of the rest of the carpet. My bedroom, the only room cleaned, still has all of the stains on the carpet. $138.00 wasted. Use products that work.
I was very pleased with Djron who cleaned my tile. He worked very hard and did a great job. This included moving some furniture and cleaning up. I would recommend him for cleaning tile.

I like that my carpets are almost dry when the job is completed. My carpets always look brand new when completed!
The tech was here and I thought he did a great job but when wife noticed this morning it still didn't look and smell clean she used our Walmart brand shampoo machine and the amount of dirty water she picked up was embarrassing. And she only did half of the living room

Roxanne Stein was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job on our
carpets. Would highly recommend her services. The issue I have is with the Oxi
Fresh company's website and location finder...I was interested in trying dry cleaning
and read good things about your process. However, when I used your franchise
locator, my zip code found no locations to service me, and I nearly passed you by
to use another carpet cleaner. Only because I dug further and found Roxanne, and
because she was open to coming to Belleair, did you get my business. Poor
marketing on your part...if you do not have a franchise in an area, you should default
to other nearby franchises. You are hurting your own people and losing a lot of
potential business.

The “” owner “ Of this franchise did the work. I reported it as being an area rug with no match. She brought in an apparatus that looks like it was going to be used in a large wall-to-wall carpet room. She could not clean them out effectively using her very large apparatus. The rug was soaking wet. I put it outside to dry in the sun finally came out. When it was dry the rug was a different color of brown it was originally green. They were blotches of chemical marks all over the rug. It is totally ruined.

I choose Oxi Fresh based on a google search and once on the site I saw the before and after picture as testimonials for the service. I decided to give Oxi Fresh a chance based on the pictures and the advertised price for three rooms. However, the technician that came on site said that the carpet would require an extra 50 dollars per room for an additional pre-treatment to target the high traffic areas. This was not something that was advertised. I found this very mis-leading. I opted to not do the extra 50-dollar charge since the technician also said he could not guarantee the high traffic area would come clean.
I had previously used Stanley Steamer to do the carpets and it was probably about a year to a year and a half previously and they made the carpets look like new. After Oxi Fresh was completed, it looked as if someone just ran a wet vacuum over the floors. The technician did say that Stanley Steamer is able to perform differently due to a high-pressured system they bring out in their trucks. None of it made sense to me and the whole experience seemed like a scam.
