No one showed up for my scheduled appointment, and no one contacted me to say why or reschedule. It was a requirement of our lease to have those carpets cleaned, and we couldn't do that, and now we are being charged an outrageous amount by the property management company. I am furious, and I will never use this service ever again.

I was about to throw out our 10 year old couch, when I decided to just see what a cleaning would do. I got a quote over the phone from Stanley Steemer for $175, plus the person I spoke with started upselling me about different stain resistent sprays I could have added to the job, and bill. Turns out Stanley Steemer was booked solid due to post hurricane work. So I called Oxi-Fresh and I am so happy I did! Corey, their excellent technician did a fantastic job. I could hardly believe my eyes. The couch had a fresher looking color, texture, and structure. No need to buy a new couch for us. What a surprise and relief! When I got out my checkbook I was expecting a bill of $175 or more. Wrong! Turns out the cost was only $146.
My carpet looks great! I like that the carpet wasn’t very wet and dried fast. Kerry did an awesome job getting some old spots out. He was very kind and professional. I appreciate that he called and gave me an eta and was exactly on time. I will definitely use you again. Thanks!!

I have never had a carpet cleaning company that just went around everything. Normally they move small tables etc he did get the spot up that was a concern, and he was very polite
I know the type of carpet we have is not easy to clean.

Just couldn’t get under the beds because of the size of the machine. Also, when the individual carpet was removed it was full of dust so it could have been rolled up before moving it into the kitchen for cleaning.
Other than that I was very happy with the service.
