Our daughter who is in 10th grade has struggled with math since she was in 3rd grade. Concepts she should have learned or understood in grade school resulted in years of poor performance in math. Since grade school she has hated math, thought she wasn't smart enough to make good grades in math classes. We hired a private tutor when she was in 8th grade with a bit of success but math was still difficult. A friend told us about Mathnasium and how it helped her son so we made an appointment for an assessment. Our daughter was very reluctant, she didn't feel it would help and had accepted she would always struggle with math. The assessment was quick and free. We were able to see what math concepts she was lacking but more importantly, that it was possible for her to relearn those concepts! Our daughter was still a bit reluctant but agreed to give Mathnasium a chance. She has worked through and mastered many math concepts with the help of many wonderful tutors. Mathnasium has helped her gain confidence and experience success with math. Her final grade in Geometry this semester was a 'B'. Our only regret was that we didn't discover Mathnasium earlier.

I am very pleased with my child’s progress this year. The teachers at Mathnasium made learning fun and he enjoyed attending classes twice a week. The teachers were always accessible when I had questions or concerns and seemed genuinely concerned with my student’s needs. His MAP score increased 17 points from middle to the end of the years and passed hos math staar test after failing last year. I credit mathnasium for helping him reach these goals.

This has been a wonderful opportunity for our family, as a whole. My son is homeschooled and math is not one of my strengths. Mathnasium has stepped in to become his math curriculum for me and now we don’t stress each other out when it’s time for math. Thank you, Mathnasium!

Mathnasium is a very successful program

We are new to the program but my son is reporting that he feels like he is learning and he's content to go to tutoring with no pushback. His grades aren't reflecting success quite yet but I trust they will in time.

It's hard to believe my child actually looks forward to going to Mathnasium but he does.
He is really getting an understanding of math theories that passed him by in his earlier years and he's gaining confidence in his math abilities.

Our student has gone from disliking math and almost failing to currently having a 97 in math and it is now her favorite subject. The staff is wonderful and teaches in a fun environment.

Everything has been great for my Granddaughter! Last week she scored 98 and 96 on her two Algebra tests!

We have a had a great experience, I just wish they would update the progress your child is making more frequently.

Our granddaughter is a high schooler who fell behind in math because of changing schools and being out of school because of covid. Mathnasium assessed her to see where she was struggling and developed a program to help her catch up. The tutors work with her on her homework to help her pass her current course as well as working with her to fill in the gaps she has.

My child is enjoying math more and more because she’s feeling confident in getting through her basic understanding. She leaves the facility happy each time.

Mathnasium is a very good system of learning math. The first step in the process is evaluation of skill level. After that a tailored approch is made to address the student's weak points. Practice sessions are designed with indivdual, one on one attention to the students ability. Math becomes fun.
